Welcome to Wow Wee Sheets! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wow Wee Sheets, operated by Choedak Pty Ltd (ABN 45 690 583 763). Wow Wee Sheets operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Wow Wee Sheets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Wow Wee Sheets reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Posted prices do not include shipping, handling or any additional charges unless expressly stated.

We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms; where those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, and to promptly update this information (including your email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) any payment information you provide is true, correct and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use the relevant payment method; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We despatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse and we aim to despatch within one business day of receiving your order. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by Wow Wee Sheets/Choedak Pty Ltd, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Wow Wee Sheets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make through our store are made directly with Wow Wee Sheets/Choedak Pty Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.
