If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this website.

Wow Wee Sheets owns the website and, unless otherwise indicated, owns or is licensed to use all content and material appearing on it. The material on this website is protected by copyright under Australian law and may not be used without our written permission. No trademark (registered or not) displayed on this website may be used in any way without the prior written permission of Wow Wee Sheets or the relevant trademark owner.

The laws of Victoria govern these Terms of Use and the Purchase Terms below, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If you access this website from outside Australia, you’re responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Terms of Product Purchase

The Agreement

In addition to the Terms of Use above, these terms (“Purchase Terms”) set out the additional terms under which you may purchase products from Wow Wee Sheets. An agreement exists between you and Wow Wee Sheets once we accept your order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement.

Placing an Order

You place an order by selecting products and completing checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including unavailability of a product, an error in price, image or product description, or an error in your order. Orders are deemed received by us upon successful transmission, after which you are unable to cancel the order. Orders are deemed accepted once we confirm your order via email, or otherwise begin processing it. We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Product Availability

We do our best to ensure ordered products are available for delivery, and where possible will notify you if a product becomes unavailable before your order is completed. In rare cases this isn’t possible, and we may need to cancel part or all of your order after it’s placed. Where this happens, we’ll refund you in full for the unavailable product(s). We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to limit sales to reasonable household quantities.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. 

Variation of Products and Price

We may vary prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you’ve paid for your products in full.

Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Purchase Terms. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address, and title passes once you’ve paid in full.

Returns

Return claims, including for replacement, refund or store credit, are detailed in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Purchase Terms. Please refer to that policy to determine your entitlement to a return and the process to follow. Nothing in our Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Product Reviews

If you submit a review or other content to us (e.g. via Shopify, Facebook or Instagram), you confirm that:

  • you are the sole author and owner of the content;

  • the content is accurate and not misleading;

  • you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent;

  • the content doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights, and isn’t defamatory, offensive or unlawful;

  • you haven’t been paid or otherwise compensated for the review, unless clearly disclosed.

By submitting a review, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and share that content (including your name) in connection with promoting Wow Wee Sheets, across our website and social channels. We reserve the right not to publish, or to remove, any review at our discretion. You remain responsible for the content of your own submission.
