EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene reasons and also as I'm a Mum-side-gig-business with no admin support, I regret I cannot offer returns/refunds/exchanges. If I offered exchanges/refunds/returns, the price to you would be MUCH higher.

If you need more time to ask other Mums before you buy, PLEASE do so as I hope you buy for the RIGHT reasons and will RE-USE this product many times, even after potty training is over :)

I personally check each item before shipping, and our couriers have not damaged any orders since I started in 2016, so I have utmost confidence you'll love your product. In the rare event that you're dissatisfied, please do email me within one (1) business day of receiving the order and I will do my best to work things out.
